Toggle switching an aux fuse block
Ok, so I am Google switching almost everything in my truck. And for the auxiliary accessories, I am going to switch on a fuse box. I am running from battery to relay; relay to block; switch to relay; constant hot fuse block to switch. Does that sound ok? And from the aux fuse block I am running a coil switch. Do I still have to run from another relay to to the coil or can I just run straight from the switched fuse block?

I'd recommend sketching out you wiring diagram and post some pics of it. Makes it much simpler to diagnose. From your description it sounds like you are being redundantly redundant.
Exactly what is the point in installing the relays on everything vs. using the OEM setup? I can understand the headlamps but nothing else. A stock bumpside's electrical load is very small. However without an upgraded alternator it will pull down the battery with everything running (cold rainy night at a stop light). Relays won't help that situation. Really the headlight wiring and switch losses are where the relay's next to the lamps setup really shines, nothing more.

I agree I'm also very confused as what you are trying to achieve. Don't have the money to get a harness. And the original harness, some of the wires were melted. Then getting rid of the headlight switch meant having to put relays in place of it. And most of the lighting went through that switch. So now I figured I might as well just build my own harness. Now if I run a lighting circuit from the relay switched aux fuse block, do I need to run to another relay for the light?

Where are you located? Fix your profile so it shows in the header.
I'd put a wanted ad out and see what pops up. I hacked up a couple harnesses when I did my truck and the dash harness isn't hard to pull out in a couple hours other than cutting up your wrists from the sheet metal.
