Post by Mr-Dyslexic »

The screws that hold in the taillight assemble (not the lenses) did do t come with the assortment of screw left in the ash tray. Lol So can anyone help me out on which screws I need to get rather then me run back a forth between the hardware store?

Thanks!

Well if you have one of the original screws from maybe the other side tail light you can take that in to any local hardware store, show it to them and tell them you need (x) amount of them. Hope that helps.

i think i ended up buying #8 'cheese head' aka 'fillister' phillips stainless for that

the OG screws were #6 sheet metal but some jackwad had jammed big old drywall screws in mine and boogered out the threads so i had to carefully re-cut them with the #8's
