Temp Gauge not working

Temp Gauge not working
Just got a '69 F100 and everything on the dash works except the temp gauge. All wires seem good and connected. Fuses are fine otherwise everything else wouldn't work. Any suggestions on where else I should look?

Have you checked the sending unit?

How do I know if it's working or not? Looks normal to me.
