that blue wire is it. it is the only thing in there. then the horn brush goes in to the plastic thing just like it is in the picture you posted.

Is the brush the same brush on the top as the lower or bottom brush

Is it possible to make the horn honk without the bushing just to test? like stick a screwdriver in it or something?
