Need A/C Condensor
Anyone have a good lead on a new condenser for a 69 Ranger? I've struck out at all my local parts stores, I found one for $369 but that seemed a little steep to me. Let me know if any of you have bought one lately. Thanks.

Try rockauto.com
I bought one for a '73 and it was under $100. It came from Rock Auto or Advanced Auto Parts (with a 40% discount)

Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in garages. (Apologies to Kenneth Grahame.)

Re: Need A/C Condensor
If you are going to R 134, I would recommend going to a radiator shop and finding the largest parallel flow condenser you can fit. That is what I did and I am happy with my AC's performance. I don't know what my condenser was originally used in but the fittings are both on the same side and the shop moved and re-soldered the fittings for me. Total cost was $75 but took a little work to get it to fit.
