Unused Connectors under hood
I was looking to run wires into the cab and saw these unused connectors on the inner driver side fender. Anyone know what they are for and where they wind up inside under the dash. It is a 69 F100 with a 302 automatic, btw.

The one with the jumper is your reverse light wiring. There are several different wiring configurations depending on your transmission. The jumper is one of those methods. If your reverse lights work, then it is fine.
As for the other, it is hard to tell without the wire color or knowing where it goes. Could be your brake warning light or your washer pump.. not sure.

Re: Unused Connectors under hood
Unhooking the looped wire does kill the reverse lights. The other wire is orange with no stripe and I still need to test it for voltage, when I can. It is cool about having a reverse switched power hookup under the hood. I'm going to look into a brighter under belly reverse light.

Looking at the "1969 F-100 thru F-350 ignition, charging, starting, and gauges - 02" that is on the Fordification tech page it appears to the wire for fuel level gauge hookup for an outside of the cab fuel tank. If it has power with the switch on, I may try to watch the fuel level gauge to see if it jumps when tested with an ohm meter. I'll let y'all know.
