bench seat mount question

I've searched to install a bench seat they say use the original seat mounts. I don't have them will modern 90's Ford bench seat mounts work?
If it's not broke, MOD IT!

Anything will work, with modification. I think the 90s mounts are designed to sit on a flatter floor. Ours are raised and sit in indentations in the floor as well as being lower in the rear to incline the seat about 9* backwards. Our seats are rigid. Newer seats had adjustable backs and the bench had a built in incline. So the incline on the brackets was not needed.
