Door Panels
Anyone ever seen a set of "full length" ? door panels for a 67-72? P.O. on mine cut holes for some 4" speakers (looks like he did it with an axe!). I can weld 'em up, but i'm looking for a more stylish solution & thinking about making panels that go all the way to the bottom of the door. Any thoughts??
As a metter of fact, i AM trying to keep up with the Jones'

Re: Door Panels
I have never seen it done, but I'm sure it's possible. One piece of advice....close the door while you are inside and trace where the weatherstripping seals against the door. If the door panel extends into the area where the weatherstripping seals, the door won't close or seal correctly. Use the line you traced to create the pattern for your panel or to be sure any pattern you design will fit.

Re: Door Panels
to make a door panel go to the bottom. maybe gluing matching carpet to the bottom of the door. u know how the door botom always seems to get kicked alot anyway. so u dont want to put something cheap or easy to tear up.
