I'm getting a power draw on the driver side front headlight somewhere. And the same side park light is dead.
And my brake lights do not turn on when I hIt the brake peddle.
Aaand the dash lights don't work
Aaaaand the right signal does not work when the lights are on.
Aaaaaaaaand the left rear signal lights up when I put on the right and visa versa.
*sigh*
A few of these came with the truck when I bought it.
I'm guessing bad ground and or a short drawing of something .
Any advice would be awesome

Re: advice?
I HATE wiring, that being said, like you said, I would check grounds. Make sure there is a good ground between the cab and frame. Good luck

Re: advice?
I had similar issues when I first got my truck. It had a bunch of chafed and broken wires under the hood and under the truck. Some were shorted to each other and some were just no longer connected. I took the wiring diagrams from here in the Tech section and a bunch of new wire, solder, heat shrink and friction tape and rewired all the bad spots. I used my DVOM for testing grounds and a test light for testing 12v for a load. I just had to start at one end and work to the other and eventually you'll find it all.

Re: advice?
If ALL of the dash lights (instrument cluster, radio, heater, cig lighter) are out, check the small AGA-2 fuse in the fuse block. Otherwise, check the bulbs if you haven't done so.
I'd check for any trailer wiring that might be causing the turn signal and brake light problems.
I'd also pull the instrument cluster and take a good look at the wiring in the dash. There is a hot wire (black with yellow stripe) running from the starter solenoid to the ignition switch. A serious electrical problem can overheat that wire because it is not protected by a fuse, circuit breaker, etc. And, that can cause other wires to be affected. If so, that could explain part of your problems. It doesn't HAVE to be that wire - Any wire that overheated could affect other wires by melting the insulation and causing them to short, ground, etc.
And, of course, since most (all?) of these functions pass through the headlight switch, I'd check it as well.
If all of that fails, you are back to tracing out each circuit looking for the issues guhfluh mentioned.
Let us know what you find.

Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in garages. (Apologies to Kenneth Grahame.)
