Just went all through your build so far. Looks awesome and thanks for posting up so much helpful info and pics.
68 f100, 390, 4x4, NP435, LWB, 33/12.5/15's, power steering.... work in progress!!!

How do you defrost your windshield with the dash all closed up?

Normally don't use the defroster in the Summer :wink:

67mann,
How are you cutting metal out of the welded seams? Are you cutting both panels out or separating them and only cutting one panel out? Referencing your rear window patch panel.

Alstoyz....There was a guy on here years back that would do them for a small donation....he hasn't been around for along time and I'll try to look for his real company but, he may be retired or not there anymore :?

Thx for the compliments....soon to be without shop or house as far as that goes.....so the project is stalled to say the least

Well the project is now sitting in a nice dry spot and will be sitting for a while :( I've almost got my shop cleaned out....18yrs of "WTF" did I keep this for and "WTH" is this off of :doh: Wishing I would have built the other shop first now.....time and $$$$$.....never go hand in hand

Where did you get the sheet metal piece used in the bed for the gas tank filler neck? Is it a stock piece? What about the fuel door?
