Someone please provide me with a source for the taillight wiring harness. Mine has been chopped and screwed up to fit a trailer harness to it.

It's not that difficult to fab up a new harness.
There's four wires (plus ground)
Left turn / brake.
Right turn / brake.
Tail lamps.
Reverse lights.
Just cut out the rats nest of trailer wires and run it up the frame a bit.
You really don't need the plug in connections.
also use weather proof butt connectors.
