Normally don't use the defroster in the Summer

How are you cutting metal out of the welded seams? Are you cutting both panels out or separating them and only cutting one panel out? Referencing your rear window patch panel.

Well the project is now sitting in a nice dry spot and will be sitting for a while I've almost got my shop cleaned out....18yrs of "WTF" did I keep this for and "WTH" is this off of Wishing I would have built the other shop first now.....time and $$$$$.....never go hand in hand

Where did you get the sheet metal piece used in the bed for the gas tank filler neck? Is it a stock piece? What about the fuel door?
