headlights

HI, just got 67 f250 -took the grill and headlights off put it back together and now the headlights don't work-does anybody know where the wire that's not in the three prong acceptor go-is that wire supposed to be attached to the parking/turn signal? :(

That's typically an indication of an old voltage regulator. I'd change it to a solid state version now offered in the market.

Btw, I would also recommend installing a headlight relay kit ($30 from LMC) that sources the voltage directly from the battery instead of the headlight switch. Brighter lights!
