dim headlight?

dim headlight?

I've changed the light and it is still dim, the other is fine. wondering if it is a grounding issue or the socket? I'm sure everyone has had this issue before hoping for a quick way to check or fix. thanks

check your ground, maybe even run a new one. had the same problem, new ground wire fixed it

Bad ground. Guaranteed. Prolly just need to clean the terminals.

What kind of bulb did you install? Was it a halogen bulb? :hmm:

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
