Thread, Pic's my a** This is pretty simple, just look at the one you have, or your bubby's and I'm telling you it's junk, the new ones will blow your mind away, as far as the link goes, put a little effort into your search ,ebay, under 67-72 Ford Trucks, but I'm sure he's not the only one that offers them, you've got LMC junk, DC, National parts depot ect. but hey, if your going to be critical about my post, I'm sure your not going to buy one anyway, you probably think yours is just fine, I'm into total restoration, Thats what sets my truck apart from every other bump going down the road, ground up Baby!

All of the replacements are pretty much made by the same company.buford wrote:Thread, Pic's my a** This is pretty simple, just look at the one you have, or your bubby's and I'm telling you it's junk, the new ones will blow your mind away, as far as the link goes, put a little effort into your search ,ebay, under 67-72 Ford Trucks, but I'm sure he's not the only one that offers them, you've got LMC junk, DC, National parts depot ect. but hey, if your going to be critical about my post, I'm sure your not going to buy one anyway, you probably think yours is just fine, I'm into total restoration, Thats what sets my truck apart from every other bump going down the road, ground up Baby!

As for reproduction parts, "Littleking27" sells exactly the same parts as LMC, DC and NPD. His prices are pretty close to the same, also.

Here's a link to his lens: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-67-68-69-70 ... 4601a5838d
And here's a link to the one from DC: http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll ... Z50000024D
The remark about pics was not intended as a slam or criticism, I'm sure, just wanting you to share with others what you've done to your truck.

One other point I'd like to make is that there are others, like me, who are also into total restoration. That's the goal for my truck, but not everyone is so inclined to go that route.

Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools talk because they have to say something.--Plato
Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???
