I still have no turn signals but I may have made some progress since last winter? Progress is a relative term - I'll let you all be the judge and hopefully get me back on the right path on my 68 Ranger:
Park lights work front and back.
Solid left and right TS lights on both pannel and truck front and back.
Emergency flashers only work in the front - they use to work all the way around.
Brake lights no longer work - they worked before I re-started this project.
I'm 100% certain that the TS wires were not wired into the corect position in the plugs so I removed the plugs and I'm now wiring each wire seperatly. For example, the blue power wire to the TS was wired into a light greyish blue wire. Accoording to the diagram, it should be conected to orange -yellow strip wire (8) and black wire (950) that share a common plug and head back through the flasher.
The one wire I can't find or identify is a green - red stripe wire (#10) that looks to be connected to Red-balck stripe (810 A). I can only see a green wire (no red stripe) that is connected to 2 red-black wires that share a common plug. Is this 810 and 810 A?
Misc: Dark blue - yellow stripe - horn wire - connects to a light blue- yellow stripe. Is this the same wire?
No instrument pannel lights except one small red square in the center. The instrument pannel lights use to work. What is the red square indicator light?
Dome lights no longer work and they use to work.
I think that is enough confusion for one post:)
