Hdlight switch pop
I do think I may need to go ahead and replace my headlight switch. When I turn the headlights on I hear a fairly loud electrical pop. sounds like it is from the pass. side. Could it be the emergency flasher switch in the glovebox?

That's probably the relay or circuit breaker for the marker lights on the front fenders of your truck since you list it as being a Camper Special. Maybe that relay or circuit breaker is having some issues. Are those lights working properly?

There is a relay just above the lower lip of the dash on the passenger side, by the vent. This is for the trailer wiring (running lamps.) It clicks when ever the parking lights are turned on. This is likely what you are hearing.
