NOS 1968 Doors found, can they be fitted to my 67?

I found some NOS doors for a 68 model. Can these be made to accept my 67 hardware? If not, would I look like a cheater putting 68 doors on my 67 ?

NO NO NO.......just send the Doors to me,they'll fit mine just right..

I'm sure with a little work they would work.But I'd maybe use them the way they are.

You'd have a LOT of work involved with trying to fit the '67 mechanisms into the '68 doors. If you were really determined to do it, however, you'd have to replace the inner door skin (or at least the upper half of it), as the mounting points were all different, as shown here:

There were arm rest on 67's?!?!? Looks like the release pockets would have to be swaped.

Found some better doors. Thanks for the help. If any body wants to know. They are on Blue Oval Parts site. They wanted about 80 dollars each to ship from CA to OH.
