Ten minutes of thunder and hail, a forecast for two inches of snow tonight and 60mph gusts...

We have a crew down by the border doing some fencing by one of the river campgrounds and the forecast is nasty for the next few days. Had wind gusts to 50 mph this afternoon. We have about half the posts pounded but the weather just keeps hounding us and the job is costing more than we figured.

Other than that, does anyone here have a real good recipie for gluing down the valve covers on a 390? :hmm:

Man I'd love to have some of that. We had 85 degrees here today, its bound to only get worse from this point. Not ready for the gigantic hot weather A/C bill yet

We're not suffering too badly here. Can always use the moisture, especially this year. Had our first moisture in over a month last week with an all day rain followed by three inches of heavy wet snow. Most of the province south of us really got whacked with the white stuff over the last week. Just wouldn't be springtime in Alberta without a final blizzard in apr/may

Yessir, them be Dodge wheels... They were meant to be a temp swap but they've kind of grown on me.

I'd rather have snow than die the pollen death this year... Zyrtec with some Sudefen on top keeps it managable. Everything has bloomed about 2-3 weeks early this year. Going to be a wierd one...

Leaves are out a few weeks early here too. Been pretty dry here the last couple of years and I'd heard people say this spring was shaping up to be the dryest in many years. The wind whipped white misery I'm looking out at this morning will probably gone within a day after the ground sucks it up. Look out North Dakota, this system's headed your way :D

It's coldern' a mother in law's kiss here again and power has been off and on.

I found a '67 Merc M100 Ranger about 6 miles from here. :woohoo: Some kid tried to "fix 'er up!!!" :x It has some cancer and needs an endgate if anyone knows where to source one that would be appreciated, but it is a '67 long box and a Ranger and a real Mercury. The glass is good and the chrome front bumper and grille are straight as an arrow. BUT, the 352 is long gone and a '72 302 has been attempted to replace it. Timing chain, water pump and fuel pump are off the engine but for $200 to help settle a nasty divorce, it might be worth putting through the shop. When it dries up, we'll go bring it home. 8)
