I mess around in photoshop in me free time, so if you have anything else you would like i can probably do it to, i just get bored.

if you have photoshop you can download a template on the persona site and go from there, not sure how you would do it without photoshop.

i think i have soemthing similar to that on another computer upstairs. the extension is pps i think. i am looking at the site right now. i can only look through otthers stuff right now. i havent found where to create my own or anything yet.

hmmm, im not sure if they have the template in anything but photoshop, they canvas is 3000x300 pixels but you dont use half of it, you hae to find where it would go if you didnt have the template.
