thanks for an idea on my next burger experiment... i too just experimented last weekend with my own patties with garlic, onion and this time i shredded 2 whole jelepeno's in with the meat, gave the family an option of either monterey jack, old cheddar, or blue cheese crumbles, along with bacon strips.... now that was a burger
