re: a/c blower motor
So what is it doing....or not doing?
Since yours is a dealer add-on A/C setup, I really doubt any of the normal parts suppliers are going to have a replacement motor for that. If you're looking to replace the whole thing, you're just going to have to keep your eye on Ebay and find a similar setup. (....and I hope it's not an immediate need!)
However, a small electric motor like that is very simple. I'd be willing to bet that all you'd need to make it work is new bushings and/or brushes. Any electric motor repair shop would probably have what you need to fix yours.

it's not turning at all. not even attempting to turn. I get some spark when I touch the wires to the batt. posts but no movement.

Sounds like the brushes are shot.
As Keith said, an electric motor shop could probably fix it.
