The tube length is about five inches with a diameter of about 1/2. My truck never had an auxiliary tank it appears. Thanks

What's it off of ???
It sorta looks like it could be a blow by down tube, but the diameter is pretty small for that.
It might also be the hose that connects an oil filler to an air cleaner housing.
Not really sure on that one...

Not sure where I pulled this off. All I know is its in my parts bin. The diameter could be 1", but the blow down comment you have is ringing a bell. Where is that located?
