If it ain't broke don't fix it. Is the engine runnin like normal if so don't screw with it! I am kinda confused what you are asking due to the poor grammer. Can someone help me out with what is being asked?

Yes, go ahead and spray some cleaner in your pcv valve. Just remove it first. Shake it and it should rattle. Or, you could just buy a new one; I think they are about $3. If your engine is well worn, the smoke you're seeing may be blowby. It happens when the rings get worn and pressure slips past the rings into the lower end.
