well, I know the cops use them alot!
it would be useful for reading those out-of-the-way road signs on a dark night, for one.
I am sure we could think of a few other not-so-nice things to do in traffic, also! :twisted:
as for cutting a hole in your truck, just depends on how much you like your truck, and if you think the modification would be worth it.

They're great for use on farm trucks, but for a street-driven truck I can't really think of any practical use for them...well, not enough to justify the work to install it. Put it up on E-bay and use the money to buy something for your truck you CAN use.
