are there any grills with square headlights, like 79's, that can be put on a 69 f250.

I've never seen one. Anything can be made to fit if you're willing to do enough modifying and fabrication, but if you're asking for a bolt-in swap or kit, then the answer is no, AFAIK. Regardless, my personal opinion is that I'm all for modifying, sometimes just for the sake of modifying....but square headlights would ruin the whole look of the front end. It just wouldn't look right...and would be a LOT of work for nothing gained.

However, if you're determined to go this route, I'd look at using the square headlights from a '78-'79 Ford pickup and then modifying the steel headlight surrounds from a '67-'69 truck to finish it.
