That's really cool...You just can't find those original stereos for our trucks,anymore...The nice thing is you can go ahead and cut holes in the doors under the panels for your speakers since the factory did 'em that way...

That isn't the same one that came in my 71. Mine didn't have the stereo bar on it. It had a couple of the push buttons with am on them and the reast with FM. That is to the best of my memory though. I took it out when I was about 15 before I even started driving it. Or at least before dad KNEW I was driving it. lol
Anybody remember the type I am thinking about?
My truck was made in late 70 so maybe that was the change?

im not sure what your talking about though cdeal,i think they need that stereo bar to change from FM to AM.
there is a 70's courier am/fm with no stereo bar that looks nice :hmm:
