It appears that the factory ones interlocked.

If you look at the side that has the larger opening you will see two notches.

The other washer has two tabs that sort of lock them together. It looks like at one time if you aligned the tabs it would come apart.

Mine took a unibit to drill them out.

The new ones from D-C LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE OLD ONES its one of the few (only?) parts that I've gotten from them that I wasn't very impressed with.

I have managed to find all the original NOS Ford parts for the cab mounts (except a center spacer of somekind for each location) The new stuff maybe a bit different as I don't see any lock tabs. I just don't want to cut something in the center of the old mounts I may need? The truck is not at this location but I will look for the tabs on Sat.
Thanks

I think I can get you some pictures tomorrow.

Don't suppose you have a line on another NOS set? :hmm:

Pictures would be great. I found these by the single piece. Ford didn't sell them in a set. I would be glad to search for whatever you would need the only drawback is the shipping it may be a 1 here,1 here, and 2 here kinda deal.
If I can't split mine I may just forget it? If I recall from the catalog there was a slight difference in some of the numbers between 2wd and 4wd? and then again some of the original numbers I had looked up had changed a time or two so I can't say for sure if there is a difference. But would be glad to (this weekend) retrieve the mounts from the shop and take a photo.

I used a old rachet extension, a socket that was small enough to fit in the bushing and a hammer and hit it a few times and it came out. I did this with the bushings up front and the bed bushings as well as the cab bushings. make sure you have a crappy extension though.

I tried all sorts of punches, sockets and extensions. :x

This is the only one that I managed to get out more or less intact. I don't even know if it is a cab mount or radiator support mount.

Stand by for crappy pictures.

More:

What I did to get most of them apart is drill the top of the washer with the smaller tube, causing the small tube (and thus the tabs) to separate.

A "UniBit" worked pretty well for this.

While we are on the subject, does anyone have a good trick to hold the bottom of the rear cab mounts to get the bolts out? I was trying to save the ones from the truck I parted out and finally just torched the bolt heads off. It seems like in the past I had a helper under there with big channelocks who was teaching me new variations of profanity that I hadn't heard before.
