How do I take that panel out with out taking the radio or anything else out? Thanks!

There are a couple of nuts that secure it to the dash metal. I guess you could get up in there from the bottom and remove them. Then the unit will pull out partially, just as far as the cables will allow it. I've got some photos but we still can't post them. Good luck.

just did this yesterday. use a nutdriver on the two nuts- it's pretty easy, except the driver's side is right above a metal support bracket. It's a couple scraped knuckles.
